• Hand wash flask and cap with mild detergent in warm water
• Do not wash in dishwasher
• Do not cross-thread while screwing cap on
• Do not over-tighten cap
• Occasionally lubricate cap and flask threads with small amount of food grade cooking spray. Wipe off excess. 
• When not in use, keep cap tightened on flask.
